The Hallsville Community Development Association is a nonprofit membership organization which was formed in December of 1995 by members of the Hallsville Lions and the Hallsville 4-H Clubs. The purpose of the Association is to plan, raise funds and develop a local fairgrounds and park for the use of the community and surrounding area. We appreciate the support of the individuals and businesses who have given so much of themselves to help make this dream a reality.
