Beginning in 1995, the Hallsville Lions Club and the Hallsville Go‑Getters 4‑H Club partnered to acquire and develop the fairgrounds we enjoy today. The Hallsville Community Development Association was later formed to carry this mission forward for generations to come.
Countless citizens have volunteered their time and talents over the years to maintain, improve, and grow these grounds. Their dedication lives on throughout the facilities and echoes through every event held here.
